We adopted a highly reliable IC designed exclusively for TPMS, incorporating pressure, temperature, voltage and acceleration sensors, a wireless circuit and a microcomputer to adapt to the harsh tire environment*. Equipped with a dedicated lithium battery, the ultra-low power consumption design has achieved a ten-year life span.
* -40 to 120°C, max. speed of 300 km/h, etc.

We have an internal evaluation and testing facility dedicated to TPMS, making it possible to develop products in compliance with international radio laws.
In addition to developing software for our internal transmitters, we also develop and supply control software for the incorporation of reception ECUs.

Automatic assembly line data management system

The TPMS transmitter automatic assembly line integrates various characteristic inspection equipment for sensors and wireless parts, automatically collects inspection data associated with each product during assembly and connects to the data management system.
This database is used for the prevention of the outflow of non-conforming products and for improvement activities by matching the inspection data from the previous process at each process, and it is utilized for ppm order quality control while ensuring traceability by enabling follow-up surveys of manufacturing history at each overseas base.
