Our company produces cases which house hybrid car batteries. They are currently being utilized in many car models, such as Toyota’s Prius, SAI, and Lexus among others. Demand for hybrid cars is emerging rapidly due to growing concern in preserving the global environment, and further development and growth are expected in the future.

We produce battery cases for various types of vehicles, ranging from small cars to trucks. While factoring in countermeasures such as cooling systems to prevent battery performance deterioration and insulation for high-pressure electricity circuits, we are currently working on making the cases more compact and light-weight. Battery cases come in many shapes and sizes, so, along with making our products more simplified and incorporating this simplicity in the drawing and planning phases, we also endeavor to promote and pursue improvements to production automation and universalization.

But this is no simple case cover: It is designed to factor in and include strength, cooling functionality, a compact design, and radio wave shielding.

Blower Assembly

This is a blower for air conditioning in the back seats. It is a part adapted from household air conditioners for automobiles, and is designed to blow air across a broad range.

High-Precision Stamping Products
