Controlling Coolant Other Fluids in Car and Room Air Conditioners

Control devices are components which perform such vital functions as controlling coolant in car or home air conditioners or controlling fuel, and utilize technology we have acquired through our production of tire valves, including sealing technology, pressure control technology, and flow control technology. Our company boasts control of 75% of domestic (Japan) and 25% of the global market shares in charge valves, and 90% domestic, 60% global shares for relief valves, and develop and perpetuate our products in cooperation with our customers.

Charging Valves

Charging Valves Charging Valves Charging Valves Charging Valves
Charge valves are valves which function as inlets for supplying refrigerants/coolants to car air conditioners. Valve cores are built in and serve to keep refrigerant gas from leaking out.

Relief Valves

Relief Valves Relief Valves
Relief valves are safety valves which protect from abnormal pressure phenomena by opening when the fluid pressure in car air conditioning systems rises higher than a specific set value and closing when pressure drops to less than that set value.

Check Valves

Check Valves Check Valves
Check valves are pressure control valves which prevent the reverse flow of fluids through opening when fluid pressure rises higher than a specific set value and closing when that pressure recedes underneath that value, and is utilized in diesel engine common rail systems.
